The aim of team evaluations is the optimal performance of a team: The right person in the right place will do his or her job with a lot of energy.

How does it work?

  • The point of departure is discovering the natural strength of each team member by filling out the PACT measurement. This is a unique online evaluation tool that gives insight into both individual strength as well as, ultimately combined team skills.
  • Subsequently, the individual results of the PACT measurement are discussed with the individual team members. Furthermore, the position that a certain team member fulfills within the team and the associated challenges are discussed.
  • After all team members have been spoken to individually, a plenary session will take place. During this plenary session, an overview of the overall performance of the team is given. The combined and (anonymized) PACT-results at team level are shown. We will then invite the team to reflect upon these results.
  • In conclusion, a recommendation is given on how to realize optimal performance by the team.

After an agreed period, we will contact you to discuss how the team evaluation has contributed to the better performance of the team. In addition, we will advise you on possible follow-up actions.In addition, in some cases all team members fill out the PACT measurement and subsequently a plenary session will take place. Explanation at individual level then takes place afterwards.
