The aim of team evaluations is the optimal performance of a team: The right person in the right place will do his or her job with a lot of energy.
How does it work?
- The point of departure is discovering the natural strength of each team member by filling out the PACT measurement. This is a unique online evaluation tool that gives insight into both individual strength as well as, ultimately combined team skills.
- Subsequently, the individual results of the PACT measurement are discussed with the individual team members. Furthermore, the position that a certain team member fulfills within the team and the associated challenges are discussed.
- After all team members have been spoken to individually, a plenary session will take place. During this plenary session, an overview of the overall performance of the team is given. The combined and (anonymized) PACT-results at team level are shown. We will then invite the team to reflect upon these results.
- In conclusion, a recommendation is given on how to realize optimal performance by the team.
