responsible position with serious career opportunities
In this role you are responsible for a wide variety of legal matters, with a focus on commercial contracts. You form part of a small team and work closely together with business leads in EMEA. You provide the business with legal advice on amongst others distribution agreements, supply chain, compliance, product safety matters, ESG, marketing & sales and competition law. Furthermore, you manage external counsel for specialized matters.
Profile
- qualified Dutch, English or French lawyer / inhouse counsel
- approximately 8 years of experience
- experience in and good knowledge of commercial contract law, interest in wide variety of legal business matters
- business minded and great communication skills
- fluent in English, good professional knowledge of the French language
