As Senior Legal Counsel, primarily responsible for the EMIA region, you are part of a Global Legal Team. You act as a true business partner and work closely together with global stakeholders from various departments. You are responsible for drafting and negotiating IT focused commercial contracts (e.g. SaaS) and provide pragmatic, general risk based legal advice and training. Also, you will have the opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary, global working groups working on legal and non-legal projects.
Profile
- around 8-12 years of work experience within a top tier law firm and/or as an inhouse legal counsel
- gained ideally in an IT/Tech environment
- sound contract drafting and negotiation skills, some knowledge of privacy and fluent in English
- team player with good commercial awareness and a hands-on, solutions oriented attitude
