Senior Legal Counsel
position with legal responsibility for the Benelux market

In this new role you are responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. You advise the business on a broad range of legal matters such as consumer protection, data privacy and labour and employment matters. You report directly to the Director of Legal for Europe. Also, you work closely with the Benelux COO and colleagues from across Europe and Japan including senior management, store operations, legal and compliance, information security and others.
Profile
- qualified Dutch, Belgian, Luxembourg or French lawyer
- 5-8 years of experience
- gained at a law firm and/or as inhouse counsel in an international environment
- broad knowledge of commercial contract law
- affinity with the fashion retail industry
- fluent in English, proficiency in French is preferred
