Senior Legal Counsel

In this role you work directly with a variety of colleagues, for example those specialized in ESG, Procurement, IT, Marketing and Sales. You are responsible for managing the corporate structure and (financial) restructurings in about 80 countries. The role includes the responsibility for the design and maintenance of a strategic legal depository focused on essential corporate and contract data. You empower the business with the most relevant commercial contracts such as purchasing, marketing, influencer, distribution and R&D agreements
Profile
- Master of Laws (civil or common)
- around 6-8 years of work experience, gained in private practice and/or inhouse
- good knowledge of corporate law, experience in commercial contracting
- grounded, keen to (self-)develop, strategic, hands-on, firm and kind in equal measure
- fluent in English
