Senior International Counsel
responsible for legal support in BeNe and the Nordics
responsible for legal support in BeNe and the Nordics
You are responsible for legal operations, and provide general ad-hoc legal support to the business primarily in the Netherlands. Your duties consist of advising on copyrights, trademarks and licensing as well as drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts. Also, you provide colleagues in the Netherlands, Belgium and the Nordics with support on tender processes and content acquisition. Optimizing processes, providing training and contributing to the development of user friendly digital tools and templates are an important part of your role.
Profile
- 7+ years of work experience as a Dutch qualified lawyer
- generalist with sound contract drafting and negotiation skills and general IP/IT law knowledge, experience with bidding in tender processes is a plus
- pragmatic and committed team player
- fluent in English, able to provide process and business oriented advice
