As a Senior Global Competition Counsel, you provide the global Ice Cream business with advice on antitrust-related questions, as well as internal lawyers, (antitrust) compliance champions and internal business partners across the different functions, such as Customer Development (Sales) and Supply Chain. You update and deliver global policies, guidelines and training on competition law. Also, you identify and manage possible cartel damage claims against suppliers, determine losses and realize claims in collaboration with Procurement.
Profile
- EU legal background and approximately 15-20 years of work experience
- gained in an antitrust team of an international law firm and multinational company
- strong expertise in behavioral antitrust, rules on abuse of dominance and vertical restrictions
- entrepreneurial thinker with excellent communication skills, impeccable English
- proactive and convincing, self-starter who takes responsibility
