In this autonomous role you will be responsible for all compliance (regulatory) issues affecting the business. This includes, but is not limited to: maintain and drive a compliance monitoring and assurance program, acting as the first point of contact towards regulators, coordinate and respond to regulatory queries and reporting thereon, monitor and implement regulatory developments (in existing processes), reporting to and aligning with the international organization when necessary.
Profile
- seasoned Compliance professional
- experience within an international environment
- familiair with the financial sector, preferably clearing activities
- able to maintain and drive a compliance monitoring and assurance program and to liaise with regulators
- holds his/her ground within a fast paced environment, clear communicator
Proposition
