Legal Counsel M&A
based in Rotterdam or Baar (Switzerland)

In this role you are a member of the cross country M&A team, reporting to the group’s Senior Legal Counsel M&A. You provide support to and are a sparring partner for the business and you play a valuable role in the company’s ambition to become a leading player in the European energy transition. Together with the other team members of the Legal M&A team you are the interface between the business and external counsels in Europe. And you will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating of purchase agreements and other legal M&A documents.
Profile
- qualified lawyer with approximately 4-7 years of work experience
- experience with M&A transactions
- good drafting and project management skills
- experience with or sincere interest in the renewable energy sector
- flexible, down to earth and cross-cultural communicational skills
- fluent in English
