Legal Counsel Lending
You will be joining the local legal team that is based in Amsterdam. In this role you will work directly with Corporate and Investment Bankers in providing them with legal advice. You will also share knowledge and best practices with Legal Counsel abroad. Additionally, you will support other BNP Paribas Group entities outside the Netherlands on legal queries that might arise.
Profile
- 5-10 years’ experience in a financial institution or law firm with drafting, reviewing and negotiating banking loan / finance documentation
- ability to provide clear and actionable advice to the business
- experience in proactively managing relations in an international context, both internally (business and entities abroad) and externally (law firms)
- good command of the English language
