You will support the legal counsel particularly related to corporate housekeeping, restructuring and contracting. You will assist the Legal Counsel in drafting, reviewing and executing all relevant corporate law documentation, such as powers of attorney and resolutions of the board of directors/shareholders and keeping the group structure of the company up to date. In addition, you review contracts and contribute to the optimization of contracting processes. Finally, you think along with the Legal Counsel on various compliancy projects.
Profile
- interim professional
- accustomed to acting in an international setting or international background
- preferably Dutch corporate law
- project management
- fluent English in word and writing
- proactive, flexible and structured
