You are in the lead to define E-Flux’s legal strategy and advise senior management on legal matters during the continued growth and professionalization of the company. You have a broad role that consists of drafting and reviewing legal documents, setting up corporate structures, negotiating contractual terms with new business partners and managing external counsel. No day at E-Flux is the same. You provide daily legal support to the internal organization and closely collaborate with various stakeholders.
Profile
- at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- gained at an internationally orientated law firm or company
- experience with commercial agreements or corporate law
- a highly energetic personality who is up for new challenges and thrives on working together to make E-Flux a bigger international succes
- strong communicator, fluent in English and Dutch
