You advise on all relevant legal and regulatory aspects that relate to the activities of PGGM IM. In this way you proactively guide the business on legal risks and the implementation of regulatory changes in a pragmatic way. You maintain and develop relevant documentation as well as review, draft and negotiate various agreements (e.g., ISDAs, GMRAs and clearing agreements) in close cooperation with the Treasury team. Furthermore, you support the business by managing external legal advisors.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a legal counsel or lawyer
- in the financial sector and / or financial law
- experienced in setting up and managing transaction documentation
- committed and eager to provide proactive and practical advice
- able to effectively communicate in multidisciplinary settings (Dutch / English)
