Legal Counsel

As legal counsel you are responsible for worldwide legal support to the business on a diverse spectrum of corporate and commercial legal issues. You are actively involved in negotiating and drafting business and procurement contracts as well as financing arrangements, corporate documentation and NDA’s. You manage group’s litigation procedures, financing and M&A projects and work together with outside counsel.
Profile
- 3-5 years of work experience
- gained at a law firm or in a role as inhouse legal counsel
- good knowledge of corporate law, contract law in particular
- strong team player mentality and ‘getting things done’-attitude
- fluent in Dutch and English
