You are part of the global compliance team with 4 professionals based in Amsterdam and New York. Together with your compliance colleagues you are responsible for regulatory, compliance and corporate legal affairs. You act as contact person for Dutch and European regulators and act as company secretary for committee and board meetings. You work closely with relevant departments, outside counsel and you have a direct reporting line to the Senior Compliance Officer.
Profile
- approximately 5 years of working experience
- as a lawyer at a law firm and/or as inhouse legal counsel and/or as a compliance professional
- good knowledge of Dutch corporate law (BW2)
- interested in fund/asset management
- enthusiastic and excellent communication skills, a can-do mentality
