You operate close to the business in an autonomous way. You lead and co-ordinate data privacy and some digital legal matters (for example legal aspects of software, cloud, artificial intelligence and machine learning, cyber security, use of data, blockchain, e-commerce, ecosystems). Also, you draft and negotiate commercial contracts on a global scale, with customers and suppliers as well as alliance agreements. Furthermore, you develop, deploy, and maintain contract standards, templates, and guidelines and provide training to the business, if needed.
Profile
- hands-on and proactive Interim Legal Counsel
- with knowledge of Privacy/IT (SaaS) agreements
- a self-starter with a proven track record in an international environment (in-house or private practice)
- and solid drafting and negotiating skills in English
Proposition
- autonomous role, reporting directly to the Head of Legal
- for 6 months, with the possibility to extend
- for 4-5 days a week
- Randstad based, with the possibility to work fully remote
- as soon as possible, possibility to start with 1-2 days and expand
