Interim Employment Counsel
focused on (international) employment law

In this position, you oversee recent legal developments in more than 20 jurisdictions in, among others, the area of leaves of absence and manage the implementation of EU Directives. You identify the legal updates required to the existing company policies and assess the impact thereof on the company’s operations and practices. Furthermore, you advise on and negotiate individual terminations of employment. You work closely together with other cross-functional teams within the company. Also, you liaise with external counsel, if necessary.
Profile
- Dutch or other European legal background
- extensive experience with employment law and exposure to multiple jurisdictions and legislation
- preferably gained in an international environment
- high level drafting and sound negotiation skills in English
Proposition
