Inhouse role with EMEA focus
As part of an international legal team, together with a collegue, you will focus on all employment(law) issues including litigation management. Your main stakeholder is HR and you will support them for the EMEA region in relation to, among other things, (settlement) agreements, creating international policies (for instance in relation to flexible working hours), recruitment processes, compensation & benefits, pension plans etc.
Profile
- preferably a Dutch Law degree
- Labour Law specialization
- experience as an attorney in private practice (preferably still registered)
- within an international practice or setting
- at ease within with fast paced environments like M&A and/or tech companies
- familiarity with (establishing) a works counsel is a plus
- proactive and flexible attitude
- fluent in English
Proposition
- broad inhouse role with international scope for experienced attorney
- the dynamics and passion of a rapidly growing company
- start per the beginning of April, for approximately six months
- approximately 4 days per week, with some flexibility in working hours expected due to time difference
- distributed working, with office space available in Amsterdam
