counsel with end responsibility, member of MT
You will advise and support on a wide range of legal matters, both commercial and regulatory, within the Amsterdam based exchange business. Additionally, you will support the clearing business and business development throughout Europe by other ICE entities. Your direct stakeholders are the Membership, Market Supervision, Compliance, Finance, Product Development departments and external regulators. As Company Secretary, you will support both the Management Board and the Supervisory board.
Profile
- approximately 5 to 10 years of working experience as a lawyer in private practice and/or in-house counsel
- a broad legal background combining commercial and regulatory experience
- familiar with a highly regulated environment
- combines analytical skills with a pragmatic and result oriented approach
- fluent in English, masters the Dutch language
- candidates without end responsible experience are explicitly invited to respond
