As General Counsel/Company Secretary you are instrumental in further professionalizing the legal function and supporting the achievement of Neways’ growth plan. You provide leadership and sound advice to the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board, and the global business on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal issues. Among other things, you are responsible for handling material cross-border commercial contracts and broad corporate governance matters and manage a compact team.
Profile
- Dutch qualified lawyer with extensive relevant work experience
- gained as in-house counsel, preferably with prior experience at an (inter)national law firm
- experience with commercial contracts and broad corporate law, including corporate governance
- self-starter and strategic business partner with a hands-on mentality
- fluent in English and willing to travel
