To further strengthen Van Oord, we are seeking a seasoned legal counsel to lead Van Oord’s legal department and advise the Executive Committee.

You foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, mitigate risks, and provide operational as well as strategic legal advice to the executive team and the board of directors. You oversee all legal matters and are actively involved in setting up and structuring a wide network of legal entities (e.g. Ocean Health Business). You also spend time modernizing the legal function and promoting new standards, as well as updating structures and contract procedures, integrating new technologies where possible.

- seasoned General Counsel or Partner Corporate (25+ years) with a pragmatic and hands-on mindset
