As part of an international legal team, you will work alongside a colleague focusing on all employment (law) related matters, including litigation management. You will collaborate closely with HR and support this team in the EMEA region with matters such as (settlement) agreements, creating international policies (e.g., related to flexible working hours), recruitment processes, (variable) compensation, pensions, etc.

Profile
- experience as an employment lawyer in private practice
- EMEA-experience or working for West-European clients
- comfortable in a dynamic environment, such as an M&A practice, tech company or scale-up
- familiarity with (establishing) a works council is a plus
- hands-on and flexible attitude.
- strong command of Business English and situated in The Netherlands
