Deputy Head Risk & Compliance
with a problem-solving can-do mentality
with a problem-solving can-do mentality
In close co-operation with the Head Risk & Compliance, you design, implement, and manage the compliance programme and annual plan. You interact with internal and external Auditors, IT, Finance, HR and other support departments to contribute to a combined approach to risk and compliance. You conduct regular assessments and audits to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for mitigating controls and improvement, using a risk based and proportionate approach.
Profile
- law degree and approximately 10-15 years of working experience
- ideally gained in the legal, accounting, financial and/or trust sector
- sound knowledge of corporate compliance and integrity
- experience with development and implementation of processes, policies and procedures related to a broad range of compliance topics
- optimistic mindset, well-structured and excellent communication skills, fluent in Dutch and English
