passionate about gastronomy and intellectual property law
In this position you are mainly responsible for protecting the company’s trademarks portfolio. You register intellectual property, defend infringements and actively monitor IP laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions. You work closely together with international colleagues from across the business and provide management with advice on IP strategy. As a minor responsibility you advise on various aspects of international contract law and corporate law.
Profile
- 5+ years of work experience within an internationally oriented law firm and/or as an inhouse legal counsel
- excellent knowledge of intellectual property law
- experience with commercial contracts hands-on, self-starting and strong communication skills
- strong affinity with the gastronomic world
- fluent in English, proficiency in French is a plus
