For this ambitious scale-up, we are currently recruiting a hands-on and pragmatic
Compliance Director
with a strong interest in information security
with a strong interest in information security
You are instrumental in professionalizing the compliance function and report directly to the management board. You design, implement, and manage the compliance programme including the reporting process, and further professionalize processes, using a risk based and proportionate approach and knowledge of GDPR, NIS2, Sanctions, KYC, third party due diligence and ESG. Also, you coordinate recertification and provide training to create enhanced awareness.
Profile
- from 10 years of working experience and good understanding of applicable legislation
- ideally gained in a datacenter, hosting, cloud or an IT/tech related industry
- experience with risk mitigation, driving cultural change, development and implementation of processes
- experience with recertification is a significant plus
- motivating, inspiring and convincing
