You provide legal support to regional and international management, and you are actively involved in further developing the Group Legal Department by developing and implementing processes and standards, incorporating new technologies and AI where possible. Also, you support local management and business operations in the Western Region, especially to the Netherlands and Belgium. Your focus is on mitigating risks. You resolve commercial legal challenges and translate them into simple solutions and easy-to-execute actions. Among other things, you are involved in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and managing disputes.

Profile

  • Master of Laws and 6-8 years of working experience, gained at least partly in-house
  • generalist, experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
  • commercial mindset and a hands-on and systematic approach, able to find pragmatic solutions
  • able to work independent and structured, especially with the use of new technologies
  • strong in building relationships, excellent communication skills and fluent in Dutch and English
