Associate General Counsel
at the operational and strategic heart of the organization

You will work closely together with all departments whereas the legal department has a central role and therefore a broad scope. The activities of the team involve corporate banking, finance, treasury and capital markets related transactions and contracts. Corporate advice and strategic projects like digitization are also part of your scope. You will assist the General Counsel in managing the day-to-day legal operations, which includes both the team as well as outside counsel.
Profile
- Dutch law degree and at least 8 years of relevant working experience
- in private practice, possibly combined with an inhouse role
- sound contracting experience, preferably financial (transaction) experience
- able to manage outside counsel and coach junior colleagues
- open minded with ambition to be widely involved
