As a Senior Legal Counsel you will join a team that represents VTTI’s legal interests across the world in 15+ countries. You will be involved at an early stage as lead counsel in multidisciplinary transactions. Your responsibilities will include corporate and business-related legal aspects, such as M&A, financing and project development. Also, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating EPC and commercial contracts.
Profile
- 7+ years of work experience as a qualified lawyer
- preferably gained within a corporate/M&A or banking/finance practice of a top tier law firm or leading multinational
- pragmatic and committed team player
- solution orientated multitasker with strong technical legal skills who takes ownership
- fluent in English and resident in the Netherlands
